Negative: Wi-Fi in the room was terrible, breakfast was repetitive, and after 9 30, they didn't put more food, I have to pay for the room wather bottle,noting is included, Ac wasn't powerful enough.

Positive: The location in Plateau is very convenient. There's plenty of restaurants in walking distance and it is a more historical part of the city. There are many gift shops around as well. The staff was mostly nice and helpful. I also appreciated not having to think about breakfast every day. (That said, get downstairs early because it doesn't appear that they cook more than once. When it's gone, it's gone!)
Negative: As a whole, the facilities could use better upkeep. Whether cracked paint with water stains or a slightly askew sink faucet and shower mold, the building is a bit shabby around the edges.

Positive: Nice fenced sitting area out front.
Negative: Top floor room was under a pump that cycled every minute 24/7. If you are on top floor insist on inspection and listen to insure it has been remedied.

Negative: We were upgraded to the biggest suite but no hot water.. curtains could not be opened. Main lights did not work .we told reception. Breakfast run out of food after 30 mins! When the hotel is full ... enough food should be prepared!

Negative: the sheets were clean but dingy looking. shower door only on one side. older style flooring.
